“They say that when you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. Psychology is my passion, and practicing it to help others flourish is my purpose. This is what enables me to be fully present with you and committed to the journey we will take together. Exploring, understanding and accepting yourself, as well as making the significant positive changes to your life that you are ready for.”
I believe that it is everyone’s right to experience the peace of mind, sense of self and the wholehearted relationships with others that can be cultivated and nourished through therapy. It is my privilege to join you in co-creating such a journey, whether you are a child, adolescent, adult or family.
Born and educated in the UK, I became a clinical psychologist after being awarded my first class with honours bachelors degree in psychology, working as a psychological therapist and then successfully completing my doctoral training in clinical psychology. Since this time I have worked in several different services and teams for children and adolescents with developmental, emotional, social and mental health needs. I worked autonomously in schools to deliver impactful therapy to children and young people, and meaningful consultation to teachers and the wider system. I also worked directly with adults, providing long and short term therapy dependant on their individual needs.
I use my expertise in assessment to help us identify and understand the problem or problems you or your child bring to therapy. From this understanding, I am able to draw on the wide range of therapeutic modalities that I have been highly trained in, to create a bespoke therapeutic intervention that best meet yours or your family’s needs
I am an advocate for sharing psychological knowledge with the community, to help us all become more empowered to live more fulfilling lives.
