These terms and conditions are between The Light House Arabia (also referred to as “TLH, we, us, our”) is a Sole Establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates , and the customer or user of the online services system and the payment gateway (also referred to as “Customer, User, you, yours”) in the usage of the Online Services System and Payment Gateway available on The Light House Arabia website https://legacy.lighthousearabia.com (also referred to as “System, Site”). The term “Service” refers to any request made and paid for by the customer for a specific offering by The Light House Arabia on the Online Services System.
The Services are provided by the TLH, include Psychotherapy and Psychiatric and other specific services. TLH reserves the right to add, edit, delete, or modify the list of services based on its’ specific needs without the need of any notification of whatever type. TLH also reserves the right to provide specific services to specific Customers.
While TLH strives to provide accurate service and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. TLH cannot confirm the price of a service until after you request. In the event that a service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or service information, TLH shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any requests placed for that service, unless the service has already been provisioned. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, TLH may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your request and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the service requested by you has been provisioned, your offer will not be deemed accepted and TLH will have the right to modify the price of the service and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the request and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that TLH accepts your request the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to TLH provision of the service that you have requested. If we have to cancel the request after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.
The standard transaction currency on our e-commerce portal is UAE Dirhams (AED). If the customer is using a credit card supplied by banks other than those in the UAE, the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/bank may have debited. We accept Payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard provided the credit card and Debit card has been issued in The U.A.E. (These are fine)
The Light House Arabia has the right to change the services costs at any point of time; all services payments not authorized and captured will be charged at new prices without prior notification. TLH reserves the right to accept or not accept credit card types
All information provided by the Customer must be true and correct. Any untruthful or fraudulent information may be treated as a criminal offense, and prosecutable under the governing laws of the UAE.The Lighthouse Arabia reserves the right not to provide a Service in the event of fraudulent or inaccurate data. We reserves the right to share fraudulent data and requests with the relevant criminal justice authorities. TLH reserves the right to recover the cost of services, collection charges and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. The Light House Arabia reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Cancellation and or refund are subject to evaluation of documents and the policy terms and conditions. Customers may contact TLH via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, through the feedback form on the TLH website, or by calling 04 380 2088. TLH does not refund any payments that have been captured, i.e. after TLH has verified and deducted the amount for approved service request(s). If an order has been returned to the Customer to complete missing information for particular service request(s), then the Customer must provide the required information to process the service request(s) within 5 working days. If the Customer does not provide the information within 5 working days, then the pertaining service request(s) will be cancelled and the Customer will be required to resubmit a new order for the relevant service request. All approved service requests in an order will be processed with payment deducted only for the sum of the approved service requests.
Any Approved Refund for online purchases will NOT be made to your credit card; it will be paid by cheque or cash and to be collected from our offices in AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams) only.
All credit/debit of Visa & Master Cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties, and will be used for the required payment processing purposes, Both parties will not be handle or retain any payment information.
Any information provided for a transaction will be maintained in the strictest confidence
The Light House Arabia holds the right to change and update the online payment Policies and Terms & Conditions occasionally to meet the requirements and standards.
